What are the different shipping options that you offer?
At the moment we offer the following options:
- standard shipping that takes between 7 and 21 business days.
- premium shipping that takes up to 7 business days.
When will you ship out my product?
We’re shipping all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been sent to you, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders of $40 and more.
On orders of less than $40, standard shipping costs $4.99 and premium shipping costs $9.99.
How long does delivery take?
Our orders arrive usually in the following countries within 3-7 business days:
- Australia (Up to 9 business days)
- Great Britain (United Kingdom)
- Hong Kong
- The Netherlands
- United States

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally. Standard international shipping takes 7-21 business days.
What about customs and import duties?
Our products might be subject to customs fees and import duties. Please check with your local customs whether any fees will apply.
I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?
Please note that standard shipping can take up to 21 business days (while priority shipping takes up to 7 business days).
If you have not received your order after 21 business days (or 7 business days for priority shipping), please contact us and will handle it.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Please contact us before returning any products. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment.
