Nevertheless, if you aren’t 100% happy with any of the products you have received, send us a message with a description of the problem and we'll make sure to find the best solution for you. We will either refund you, send you a new product or send you a different one that would better fit your needs & expectations.

If for any reason, any of our products do not live up to your expectations or if you decide it isn’t the right one for you (or even if you simply do not like the scent!), you can return it to us anytime, completely hassle-free. We'll either send you a new one, refund you, or send you one that would better fit your needs & expectations. Our blends have been formulated with great care and if you aren’t truly delighted with your purchase, just let us know and we’ll make sure to compensate you & find the best solution for you & your beard.
What’s more, there is no time limitation in the return window! Our customer support would be happy to assist you, whatever issue or question you might have.
Shipping
We’re shipping all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. All of our orders are sent by Registered Air Mail and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.
At the moment, we offer free shipping for orders of $40 and more. On orders of less than $40, shipping costs $4.99.
At the moment, we are shipping from Tel Aviv. Most of our customers receive their packages within 5 to 14 business days in the US, UK & EU Area. For Australia, delivery takes 9 to 14 business days. If you haven’t received your order in 14 business days from our shipping confirmation, please let us know and we’ll do our best to assist you with that.
Sometimes due to the postal services delays, it could take up to 21 business days.
