We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit the product quantities of any order that has been placed, without disclosing the reasons for such decision. 

You agree not to resell any of our products without obtaining our written consent first. Any order that is suspected to be placed by a reseller, dealer or distributor who has not obtained our prior consent might be canceled at our own discretion.

If you wish to enter a distribution agreement with us, you must contact us before placing any order.
